    Cleaning of Water Distribution Pipes : 23 to 27 July 2018

    Please be informed that we will have a cleaning of water distribution pipes in your area from 10 AM to 4 PM, which can affect the water supply to your house.

    Flushing Schedule:
    1) Monday, 23  July 2018 : Taman Bromo 
    2) Tuesday, 24 July 2018 : Taman Ubud Loka
    3) Wednesday, 25 July 2018 : Taman Beverly Golf
    4) Thursday, 26 July 2018 : Taman Ubud Estate
    5) Friday, 27 July 2018 : Taman Ubud Indah

    During the flushing activities, there might be temporary disruptions, such as:

    1) decreasing water pressure,
    2) changing water quality,
    3) no water supply

    Our water truck will on standby for your urgent water requirements.

    Please call our Emergency at 0800 1900 911 or Call Center at (021) 55 777 557 for assistance. When the water supply is back to normal, please do remember to let the taps run for a while before use.

    Pest Control Program July 2018

    Keeping our Environment Pest Free, please be informed that TMD will be undertaking a monthly pest control program (fogging method) for external areas and private gardens to control mosquito and vermin populations.

    The program will be implemented starting on     Monday, 2 July 2018 (please see below schedule).

    The program will proceed as follows:
    - TMD will assign officials to implement the spraying at no charge. 
    - Keep your pets safely from spraying activities.
    - Keep Children and infants safely away during fogging and attend to them.

    Your active participation in this program will be much appreciated. In case of rain, the pest control schedule will be shifted to the next day. The Rodent Control program will be carried out on a routine basis.

    Your Vote Matters : Pilkada 27 June 2018

    Welcoming the Legislative Election on 27 June 2018, For the residents who already registered as a voter please use your vote right at the available vote location (TPS) on Wednesday, 27 June 2018 starting from 7AM to 1PM. 

    For those who hold the ID (KTP) of Lippo Karawaci but has not registered yet in DPT you can still use your right starting from 12.00 to 13.00 hrs by bringing an Electronic ID (e-KTP) and Family Card (KK). 

    TMD provides some TPS according to your location :
    1. Lippo Village North: TPS 27- 31 Taman Hollandia (across of Taman Paris)
    2. Lippo Village Central: TPS 4,13,19,20,21 and TPS 40 Parking Area Maxx Box Lippo Village
    3. Lippo Village West: TPS 60-66 at Jl Permata Indah (Basketball Field Sector 1 Taman Permata)

    Land and Building Tax (PBB) 2018

    Please be informed that your SPPT PBB (Land & Building Tax) for the Year 2018 is ready. You can collect your SPPT PBB at TMD Customer until June 30, 2018 at the latest, with the following schedule : 

    Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5PM
    Saturday from 9AM to 3PM
    Sunday and Public Holiday from 9AM to 1PM.

    Please be advised that Property Owners only may collect the SPPT PBB. If you are unable to pick up the SPPT PBB, please ensure that your authorized representative presents the following documents when collecting the SPPT PBB:

    1) Power of Attorney/ Letter of Authority
    2) Copy of Owner's valid ID
    3) Copy of Family Card (Kartu Keluarga) if the assigned person is a family member.

    Executive Shuttle Bus Schedule During Eid al-Fitr Holidays

    Thank you for your support and loyalty to use our transportation services. 

    Please be advised that starting from Friday, 15 June to Saturday, 16 June 2018 there will be no services from the Executive Shuttle Bus (External & Internal) due to Idul Fitri holidays.  

    Please see below for the schedule.
