    Cleaning of Water Distribution Pipes : 24 February to 3 March 2020

    To improve our services, we will do a routine pipe cleaning for clean water which can temporarily affect the quality of the water that we distribute.

    Flushing Micro from 24 February to 3 March 2020, starting from 10 AM to 4 PM

    • 24 - 26 February 2020 : Taman Danau Biru (LV Central)
    • 25 - 27 February 2020 : Taman Golf (LV Central)
    • 26 - 28 February 2020 : Taman Ubud Asri (LV West)
    • 27 February - 2 March 2020 : Taman Parahyangan (LV West)
    • 28 February - 3 March 2020 : Taman Ubud Cempaka Barat and Taman Ubud Cempaka Selatan (LV West)
    • 29 February - 3 March 2020 : Ruko Gajah Mada (LV North)

    During the activities, there are might any temporary disruptions, such as :
    1) Decreasing of water pressure,
    2) Changing of water quality.

    Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water.

    Before the activity takes place, we suggest you close the tap in the water meter until it is finished and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.

    Power Interruption : Taman Diponegoro 18 February 2020

    Please be informed that due to the electrical maintenance at the LG 145 power substation by PLN, there will be electricity power interruption at Taman Diponegoro area on Tuesday, 18 February 2020 starting from 1 to 4 PM.

    Pest Control Program February 2020

    Keeping our Environment Pest Free, please be informed that TMD will be undertaking a monthly pest control program (fogging method) for external areas and private gardens to control mosquito and vermin populations.

    The program will be implemented starting on Saturday, 01 February 2020 (please see below schedule).

    The program will proceed as follows:
    - TMD will assign officials to implement the spraying at no charge.
    - Keep your pets safely from spraying activities.
    - Keep Children and infants safely away during fogging and attend to them.

    Your active participation in this program will be much appreciated. In case of rain, the pest control schedule will be shifted to the next day. The Rodent Control program will be carried out on a routine basis.
