    Main Water Distribution Pipes Repair : 28-29 November 2019

    Please be advised that due to repair works of the water pipe near to your area at Taman Spain on Thursday, 28 November 2019 start from 11 PM to until Friday, 29 November 2019 at 4 AM, there are might any temporary disruptions in all Lippo Village North, such as:

    1) decreasing of water pressure,

    2) changing of water quality,

    3) stop water supply.

    Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water.

    After the activity takes place, we suggest you to close the tap in the water meter until it is finish and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.

    Power Interruption 27 November 2019

    Please be informed that due to the electrical maintenance at power substantion KC 412 by PLN, there will be electricity power interruption at Jl Sumatra, Jl Sulawesi, Bulevar Kalimantan, Taman Spain, Taman Britania, Lippo Cyber Park on Wednesday, 27 November 2019 from 9 AM to 12 PM.

    Cleaning of Water Distribution Pipes : 11 to 19 November 2019

    To improve our services, we will do a routine pipe cleaning for clean water which can temporarily affect the quality of the water that we distribute.

    Flushing Micro from 11 to 19 November 2019, starting from 10 AM to 4 PM :
    1) 11-13 November 2019 Taman Okinawa (LV West)
    2) 12-14 November 2019 Taman Ubud Asri (LV West)
    3) 13-15 November 2019 Taman Ubud Indah (LV Wesr)
    4) 14, 15, 18 November 2019 Taman Ubud Cempaka Barat (LV West)
    5) 15, 18, 19 November 2019 Taman Ubud Timur (LV West)

    Pest Control Program November 2019

    Keeping our Environment Pest Free, please be informed that TMD will be undertaking a monthly pest control program (fogging method) for external areas and private gardens to control mosquito and vermin populations.

    The program will be implemented starting on Friday, 1 November 2019 (please see below schedule).

    The program will proceed as follows:
    - TMD will assign officials to implement the spraying at no charge.
    - Keep your pets safely from spraying activities.
    - Keep Children and infants safely away during fogging and attend to them.

    Your active participation in this program will be much appreciated. In case of rain, the pest control schedule will be shifted to the next day. The Rodent Control program will be carried out on a routine basis.
