    Maintenance of Main Water Pipes: 1-6 March 2021

    To improve our services, we will do a routine maintenance of main water pipe which can temporarily affect the quality of the water that we distribute.

    Flushing Micro will be held from 1-6 March 2021, starting from 10 AM to 4 PM:
    • 1, 2, 3 March: Taman Beverly Golf (LV Central)
    • 2, 3, 4 March: Taman Hijau, Danau Elok (LV Central)
    • 3, 4, 5 March: Taman Elok, Taman Elok Selatan (LV Central)
    • 4, 5, 6 March: Taman Ubud Estate (LV West)
    • 5, 6 March: Permata Hijau Town House, Blok D13 (LV West)

    During the activities, there are might be any temporary water interruptions, such as :
    1) Decreasing of water pressure,
    2) Changing of water quality.

    Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water.

    Before the activity takes place, we suggest you close the tap in the water meter until it is finished and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.

    Pest Control Program March 2021

    TMD will be undertaking a routine pest control program (fogging method) once a month for external and public areas to keep the environment pest free (mosquito and vermin).

    The program will be implemented starting on
    Monday, 1 March 2021 from 8 AM to 4 PM (please see below schedule). In case of rain, the pest control schedule will be shifted to the next day.

    TMD will assign officials to implement the spraying at no charge.

    Things that residents need to do when fogging takes place:
    • Keep Children and infants safely away during fogging and attend to them.
    • Keep your pets safely from spraying activities.

    Main Water Supply Interruption: Saturday, 27 February 2021

    Please be informed that due to unforeseen circumstances (leaks) in the main water distribution pipes, we are experiencing water supply interruptions in Taman Ubud Loka and Taman Ubud Kencana (start at 5PM), such as low water pressure and stop of water supply.  

    Our Water Department Team is now undertaking immediate measures to fix the problem as fast as possible.  

    We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Our water truck is on standby for your water requirements. Please call our Emergency at 0800 1900 911 for assistance. Thank you

    Main Water Supply in T. Ubud Loka & T. Ubud Kencana is Back to Normal

    Please be informed that the repairs work in the main pipe of the water supply system has been completed and water distribution to your home is back to normal now, Saturday, 27 February 2021 at 10 PM.

    Please flush the water before use by opening all the water taps in case you experience changes in the water quality.

    Power Interruption 26 February 2021: Taman Golf

    Please be informed that due to the electrical power station maintenance by PLN, there will be temporary electricity power interruption at Taman Golf, on Friday, 26 February 2021, from 2 PM to 5 PM.
