    Cleaning of Water Distribution Pipes : 27-31 August 2019

    To improve our services, we will do a routine pipes cleaning for clean water from 27-31 August 2019, starting from 10 AM to 4 PM which can affect the quality of the water that we distribute.

    The schedule will be as follows :

    1. Tuesday, 27 August 2019 area Taman Parahyangan (LV West)
    2. Wednesday, 28 August 2019 area Taman Beverly Golf (LV Central)
    3. Thursday, 29 August 2019 area Taman Himalaya (LV Central)
    4. Friday, 30 August 2019 area Ubud Kencana (LV West)
    5. Saturday, 31 August 2019 area Taman Osaka (LV West) dan Taman Elok Selatan (LV Central)


    During the activities, there are might any temporary disruptions, such as :
    1) Decreasing of water pressure,
    2) Changing of water quality.

    Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water.

    Before the activity takes place, we suggest you to close the tap in the water meter until it is finish and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.

    Residential Rules & Regulations

    Warmest greetings from Lippo Village Town Management!

    We take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and trust in us in providing you and your family the most pleasant and convenient living environment in Lippo Village.

    Security and safety remains our top priority and we look forward to collaborate with you in preserving the quality of life in Lippo Village and achieve our goal to be the most liveable, safe and well-managed community in Indonesia.

    To ensure a safe and secure environment in Lippo Village, TMD would like to seek your cooperation in observing the Residential Rules and Regulations that have been formulated for the benefit and convenience of all residents, as follows:

    1. Vendor Entry
    1.1 Street Vendors (PKL) : Street vendors will not be permitted to enter the Lippo Village area, either into clusters or main roads.
    1.2 Delivery of Goods : Due to daily needs such as refill of mineral water and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), delivery of goods and delivery personnel shall be permitted to enter the residential cluster by leaving a valid Identity Card and presenting proof of delivery order at the security gate. No peddling will be allowed.
    1.3 Service Providers (gardener, AC technician, Internet technician and other suppliers): Personnel employed by the resident to undertake home repairs and maintenance or gardening will be required to report with proper identification and go through a security check at the gate before entry to the residential cluster.

    2. Distribution of Flyers and/or Promotional Materials
    Distribution of information or promotions within the cluster area shall be coordinated and have prior approval from TMD. Vendors/ institutions shall not be allowed to enter the cluster area to distribute promotional materials/ products. This is for security reasons and to maintain the privacy of all residents.

    3. TMD Work Program, Special Projects and Emergency Work
    TMD will be performing maintenance work in your area as part of its public works program or in the event of an emergency. We will be sending you prior notification when this happens and we will do our best to complete the work on schedule to minimize any inconvenience that it may cause. Please register your valid email address and Whatsapp number to TMD.

    Please keep members of your household, contractors, technicians and suppliers informed and abide with the abovementioned rules and regulations. The Residential Rules and Regulations will take effect on September 1, 2019.

    Main Water Supply Interruptions in LV West : 20 August 2019

    Please be informed that today, we have encountered a problem in the main water supply system causing water disruption in certain areas such as low water pressure or stop supply to your home in Lippo Village West.

    Our Water Department Team is now undertaking immediate measures to fix the problem as fast as possible and we will inform you as soon as repairs are completed.

    Independence Day 2019 Parade Traffic Arrangement

    Commemorating the 74th Independence Day of Indonesia, there will be Parade in Lippo Village from 3 to 4.30 pm which will be held on Thursday, 15 August 2019. Parade will start from Maxx Box Lippo Village and finish at Benton Junction; and will walk together around the CBD area of Lippo Village through the inner lanes (lane around Supermal Karawaci).

    During the activities there will be traffic flow rearrangements from 3 to 6 pm as follows :
    A) Parade route;
    B) Jakarta to Lippo Village West via Lippo Village Central,
    C) Lippo Village West/ Central to Harkit via the road behind Siloam Hospitals,
    D) Lippo Village West/ Central to Jakarta via the road behind Siloam Hospitals,
    E) Lippo Village Sentral via the road in front of Siloam Hospitals,
    F) Lippo Central to Maxx Box LV/ Taman Sari via Boulevard Palem Raya (BPR).

    Rest assured we will have our duty officers to control the traffic, please follow the signage which we will be placed in some locations. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    This is our annual Parade of Independence Day and we are pleased to invite all residents to participate and walk together in this Parade or watch the festivities.
