Please be advised that due to unforeseen circumstances which has caused power interruption by PLN since Sunday, 4 August 2019, some areas in Lippo Village are currently still experiencing power outages. We have coordinated with PLN 123 and informed them that the electricity condition has not yet been stabilised.

Due to these power outages, clean water supply to your house in Lippo Village may be experiencing low water pressure or intermittent water supply disruptions.

We will keep you updated on the developments as we are advised by PLN and we hope that the situation will normalise soon.

To improve our services, we will do a routine pipes cleaning for clean water from 5 - 9 August 2019, starting from 10 AM to 4 PM which can affect the quality of the water that we distribute.

2. Friday, 9 August 2019 area Ruko Espana dan Jl. Halmahera (LV North)


During the activities, there are might any temporary disruptions, such as :
1) Decreasing of water pressure,
2) Changing of water quality.

Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water.

Before the activity takes place, we suggest you to close the tap in the water meter until it is finish and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.

As you may be aware, we have experienced an earthquake today, Friday, 2 August 2019 at 7.03 PM near Sumur, Banten, which measured M 7.4. The earthquake epicenter was 10 Km below sea level and there was potential for a tsunami in some areas, according to information from BMKG.

3. Scan the QR Code to start your trip with GrabWheels
4. End your trip by returning the e-Scooter in the GrabWheels parking lot and ending it in your GrabWheels application

Before you start your GrabWheels trip in Lippo Village, please pay attention for the following safety regulations :
1. This GrabWheels only for 18 years and above
2. May only be used in Pedestrian area of the Central Business District (CBD)
3. Not allowed to be used on the highway
4. Only for 1 (one) person per e-Scooter
5. Take and return it at the nearest GrabWheels Parking lot
6. Check your GrabWheels e-Scooter before you ride (check the brake and gas button)
7. Use a helmet for safety
8. Go down and lead the GrabWheels e-Scooter when it is derivative, incline, road uneven and wet
10. Keep the speed limit at 15km per hour
11. Use closed shoes
12. Pay attention to your surroundings
