    Cleaning of Water Distribution Pipes: 26-30 July 2021

    To improve our services, we will do a routine maintenance of main water pipe which can temporarily affect the quality of the water that we distribute.

    Flushing Micro will be held from 26-30 July 2021, starting from 10 AM to 4 PM:
    • 27, 28 July: Taman Ubud Lestari, Taman Ubud Timur (LV West)
    • 28, 29 July: Alora (LV West)
    • 29, 30 July: Blok B15 (LV West)
    • 30 July: Blok D13 (LV West)

    During the activities, there are might be any temporary water interruptions, such as :
    1) Decreasing of water pressure,
    2) Changing of water quality.

    Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water.

    Before the activity takes place, we suggest you close the tap in the water meter until it is finished and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.

    Construction Work Procedure Emergency PPKM

    Following up on the implementation of Enforcement of EMERGENCY Limitations on Community Activities (PPKM) in the Java and Bali regions, TMD will be putting back into implementation the special rules for construction activities in Lippo Village. All homeowners undertaking construction or renovations on their property must strictly observe these regulations in our concerted effort to stop the surge of COVID-19 cases, as follows:

    1. Limitation on the number of workers. The number of workers allowed will be determined by the Manager in accordance with the type of work and the site area of the project building.
    2. The project person in charge shall apply all COVID-19 prevention protocol in the project area.
    3. Each worker is required to show a current and valid health certificate from a hospital/ health center/ clinic at the time of entering the cluster post with a maximum validity period of 14 days from the date of issue. Before expiry, the certificate must be renewed in order for the worker to remain on site. Any worker experiencing cough, runny nose, fever with body temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius shall not be allowed to enter the cluster/ project.
    4. The person in charge of the project must periodically check the health and body temperature of the workers while in the project during the day.
    5. Workers are required to wear masks when entering and exiting the cluster and in the project area.
    6. Facilities for washing hands using antiseptic soap and/ or hand sanitizer must be provided at the project site.
    7. Workers are required to maintain a minimum distance of 2 m and avoid physical contact with other people while on the project.
    8. The person in charge of the project is required to provide logistics (food and drink) for workers during the project.
    9. Workers are only allowed to engage in activities within the project area and are not allowed to interact with local residents during working or resting hours.
    10. Divide the number of workers who enter into 2 groups at 8 AM to 3 PM and 10 AM to 5 PM to avoid the accumulation of workers in the cluster post.
    11. Working days are Monday to Saturday. No work is allowed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
    12. Workers are not allowed to work overtime or stay overnight in the project area.
    13. In an emergency condition, if a positive case of COVID-19 is found in the project area or around the project (within a radius of 5 houses located in front, right, left and back), TMD LV has the right to stop construction work within that radius.
    14. The person in charge of the project and all workers must maintain personal hygiene and ensure work tools and the surrounding environment are kept clean.

    Together with the COVID-19 Task Force, TMD will carry out periodic inspection and supervision of each project and will take firm action against any violations, not limited to the termination of construction work.

    Thank you for your understanding and compliance with the Emergency PPKM Construction Work Procedure. Your cooperation and support will help greatly in stopping the spread of COVID-19 cases at Lippo Village Housing, as well as ensure the comfort and safety of residents and our entire community.

    Update on COVID-19: PPKM Darurat for Residents

    In support of the government's recommendation regarding activities at home and in accordance with the Program of Emergency Limitations on Community Activities Restriction (PPKM) from July 3 to July 20, 2021, please be advised as follows:

    1. Follow the 5 M health protocol.
    • Wear a mask
    • Wash hands with soap or sanitize frequently.
    • Keep distance
    • Avoid crowds
    • Limit mobilization

    2. Limit interactions with neighbors and guests in your home and if you are forced to go outside, make sure it is for important and urgent needs. In addition, provide a place for online deliveries to put your packages so as to reduce physical contact with outside persons/couriers.

    3. For the time being, make sure you and your family members, especially children, avoid using public facilities (Gym, Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, Places of Worship and Gardens).

    4. Get vaccinated as soon as you get the chance. Check available services and register or fill out the Lippo Village COVID-19 vaccination data collection via the link: http://bit.ly/TMDLV-Covid19.

    5. For contact tracing and to strengthen efforts to overcome the spike in COVID-19 cases, if confirmed positive, immediately contact our officers at (021) 55 777 557 or go to https://bit.ly/contact_tracking_LippoVillage_ID to inform and wait for instructions from the local Health Office, as well as information on the Covid Special Referral Hospital.

    6. TMD will re-implement special rules as in the previous year, to meet the PPKM Emergency Health Protocol Strict Standards for construction activities in the Lippo Village area. Construction activities shall be restricted including, but not limited, to the number of workers according to the type of work and the site area of the project building. This is regulated in the “Emergency PPKM Construction Work Procedure” issued by TMD.

    7. TMD Customer Service will continue to be available during the Emergency PPKM period with the following schedule:

    • Monday – Friday : 08:00 – 12:00 WIB
    • Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: service via TMD Call Center at (021) 55 777 557
