Christmas and New Year holidays are coming and we refer to the letter of the Tangerang Government No. 443.2/4322-KSD/2020, to remind you on safety and health measures. Please observe the following protocols, for your guidance:

1) During the Christmas and New Year holidays, it is recommended to arrange for virtual celebrations with the rest of the audience participating at 30% capacity of the room.
2) Don’t hold any activities that create crowds of people, such as ceremonies, competitions, entertainment, fire crackers or fireworks, vehicles convoy or drive by etc.
3) Always implement the health and safety protocols (wearing mask, keep physical distancing, washing your hands and avoiding crowds). This is very important to be disciplined, to prevent the spread of Covid 19 in your family cluster. Think always about the safety of your family, not only protecting yourself but also those closest to us.

TMD Protective Services cooperates with authorized Institutions who will check the condition and situation in Lippo Village, to ensure a safe and crime-free environment and smooth traffic in and out of the town.

To improve our services, we will do a routine pipe cleaning for clean water which can temporarily affect the quality of the water that we distribute.

Flushing Micro will be held from 21-29 December 2020, starting from 10 AM to 4 PM.

• 21, 22, 23 December: Taman Britania (LV North
• 22, 23, 24 December: Taman Ubud Loka (LV West)
• 23, 24, 28 December: Taman Spain (LV North)
• 24, 28, 29 December: Taman Bukit Chedi dan Taman Pattaya (LV West)
• 26 December: Cyber Park (LV North)

During the activities, there are might any temporary disruptions, such as :
1) Decreasing of water pressure,
2) Changing of water quality.

Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water.

Before the activity takes place, we suggest you close the tap in the water meter until it is finished and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.
