    Cleaning of Water Distribution Pipes : 30 December 2019 to 07 January 2020

    To improve our services, we will do a routine pipe cleaning for clean water which can temporarily affect the quality of the water that we distribute.

    Flushing Micro from 30 December 2019 to 7 January 2020, starting from 10 AM to 4 PM :

    • 30, 31 December 2019, 1 January 2020 : Taman Pattaya dan Blok B15 (LV West)
    • 31 December 2019, 1, 2 January 2020 : Taman Beverly Golf (LV Central)
    • 1 - 3 January 2020 : Taman Kyoto (LV West)
    • 2, 3, 6 January 2020 : Taman Diponegoro (LV Central)
    • 3, 6, 7 January 2020 : Taman Hokkaido (LV West)

    During the activities, there are might any temporary disruptions, such as :
    1) Decreasing of water pressure,
    2) Changing of water quality.

    Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water.

    Before the activity takes place, we suggest you close the tap in the water meter until it is finished and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.

    Power Interruption : Taman Brawijaya 11 December 2019

    Please be informed that due to the electrical maintenance at power substation LG097 by PLN, there will be temporary electricity power interruption at Taman Brawijaya, Lippo Village Central on Wednesday, 11 December 2019 from 10 AM to 1 PM.

    Pest Control Program December 2019

    Keeping our Environment Pest Free, please be informed that TMD will be undertaking a monthly pest control program (fogging method) for external areas and private gardens to control mosquito and vermin populations.

    The program will be implemented starting on Monday, 1 December 2019 (please see below schedule).

    The program will proceed as follows:
    - TMD will assign officials to implement the spraying at no charge.
    - Keep your pets safely from spraying activities.
    - Keep Children and infants safely away during fogging and attend to them.

    Your active participation in this program will be much appreciated. In case of rain, the pest control schedule will be shifted to the next day. The Rodent Control program will be carried out on a routine basis.
