    Maintenance of Main Water Pipes Servicing T. Diponegoro & T. Himalaya: 24-27 February 2021

    To improve our services, we will do a routine pipe cleaning for clean water which can temporarily affect the quality of the water that we distribute.

    The activities will be held from 24 to 27 February 2021, starting from 10 AM to 4 PM:
    • 24, 25, 26 February: Taman Diponegoro (LV Central)
    • 25, 26, 27 February: Taman Himalaya (LV Central)

    During the activities, there are might any temporary disruptions, such as :
    1) Decreasing of water pressure,
    2) Changing of water quality.

    Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water.

    Before the activity takes place, we suggest you close the tap in the water meter until it is finished and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.

    Cleaning of Water Distribution Pipes (Flushing Macro) LV North: 22-24 February 2021

    To improve our services, we will do a pipe cleaning for clean water (flushing macro) which can temporarily affect the quality of the water that we distribute in Lippo Village North.

    Flushing macro will be held on 22, 23 and 24 February, starting every 11 PM to 3 AM.

    During the activities, there are might any temporary disruptions, such as :
    1) decreasing of water pressure,
    2) changing of water quality
    3) stop of water supply.

    Update Info: Weather Alert 20-21 February 2021

    As you are aware, DKI Jakarta and Banten have been experiencing heavy rainfall lately. The extreme weather conditions has resulted in many areas of Jabodetabek, including certain parts of Lippo Village to affected by floods in lower areas.

    TMD officers are working round the clock to clear the rainwater puddles from the streets and roads as well as clearing fallen trees and debris. A temporary pond is also being carried out to accommodate the rainwater storage. TMD continues to monitor the low-level areas to prevent flooding and looking into new effective ways to handle the flood situation with recovery measures.

    While the situation in certain parts of Lippo Village has returned to normal condition, BMKG forecasts a prolonged period of extreme weather conditions with heavy rain till March 2021. Let us continue to stay alert to anticipate heavy rain, which may occur tonight. For your safety, please consider to stay home during the extreme weather.     IMPORTANT SAFETY TIPS BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER FLOODING OCCURS

    BEFORE: Know the hazards in your area
    • Monitor the news for weather updates, warnings and advisories.
    • Know the flood early warning.
    • Gather supplies in case you have to leave immediately, or if services are cut off. Keep in mind each person’s needs, including medication. Don’t forget the needs of pets. Obtain extra batteries and charging devices for phones and other critical equipment.
    • Secure your home. Move essential furniture and items to the upper floor.
    • Before evacuating, turn off all main switches of electricity, water and LPG Tanks.
    • Put pets, if any, in a safe area.
    • Immediately evacuate to higher and safer grounds when order is received.

    DURING: Stay on higher grounds
    • Stay indoors and stay tuned for latest news and weather updates.
    • Do not touch electrical equipment if you are wet or standing in floodwater.
    • Do not walk, swim or drive through flood water. Turn around, don’t drown. You know that six inches of moving water can knock you down, and one foot of moving water can sweep your vehicle away.

    AFTER: Stay alert and keep safe
    • Leave the evacuation area only when authorities say it is safe to return home.
    • Report fallen trees and electric posts to Emergency 0800 1900 911.
    • Check your wet or submerged electrical outlets and appliances before turning on electricity.
    • Check your house for possible damages and repair as necessary.
    • Snakes and other animals may be in your house. Wear heavy gloves and boots during clean up.
    • Make sure that the food and water for drinking are not contaminated by flood water.
    • Throw away rainwater in cans, pots and tires to prevent breeding of mosquitoes.
