    Cleaning of Water Distribution Pipes @ LV North : 14 and16 October 2018

    To improve our services, we will do a routine pipes cleaning for clean water from 14 to 19 October 2018, starting from 10 AM to 4 PM which can affect the quality of the water that we distribute. 

    The schedule will be as follows :
    Sunday, 14 October 2018 - Ruko Gajah Mada, Lippo Cyber Park
    Tuesday, 16 October 2018 - Bulevar Sulawesi and Taman Ayu
    During the activities, there are might any temporary disruptions, such as :
    1) Decreasing of water pressure,
    2) Changing of water quality. 
    Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water. 

    Before the activity takes place, we suggest you to close the tap in the water meter until it is finish and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.

    Pest Control Program October 2018

    Keeping our Environment Pest Free, please be informed that TMD will be undertaking a monthly pest control program (fogging method) for external areas and private gardens to control mosquito and vermin populations.

    The program will be implemented starting on Saturday, 1 September 2018 (please see below schedule).

    The program will proceed as follows:
    - TMD will assign officials to implement the spraying at no charge.
    - Keep your pets safely from spraying activities.
    - Keep Children and infants safely away during fogging and attend to them.

    Your active participation in this program will be much appreciated. In case of rain, the pest control schedule will be shifted to the next day. The Rodent Control program will be carried out on a routine basis.

    Main Water Supply Has Back to Normal : 13 September 2018

    Please be informed that the repair of main water supply system on Thursday, 13 September 2018 has been completed. The water supply in Lippo Village has now back to normal.

    Please flushing the water by opening all the water taps for 5 to 10 minutes before you use it.

    Once again we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

    Main Water Supply Interruptions : 13 September 2018

    Please be informed that today, Thursday, 13 September 2018 at 5 PM, we have encountered a problem in the main water supply system causing water disruption in Lippo Village such as low water pressure or stop supply to your home. 

    Our Water Department Team is now undertaking immediate measures to fix the problem as fast as possible and we will inform you as soon as repairs are completed. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Our water truck is on standby for your water requirements. Please call our Emergency at 0800 1900 911 for assistance.

    Cleaning of Water Distribution Pipes : 11-12 September 2018

    Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, kami akan melakukan kegiatan rutin pembersihan jaringan pipa air minum di Seluruh Wilayah Lippo Village Sentral & Barat pada Selasa-Rabu, 11 – 12 September 2018, pukul 23.00 sd 03.00 WIB, yang mungkin akan mempengaruhi kualitas air. 

    Sehubungan dengan kegiatan tersebut, gangguan yang dialami untuk sementara waktu dapat berupa :
    1) Penurunan tekanan air,
    2) Perubahan kualitas air.

    Mohon mengisi penuh tempat cadangan air sehingga dapat digunakan untuk keperluan mendesak. Truk air kami akan standby, silakan menghubungi petugas Emergency kami di 0800 1900 911 bila Bapak/Ibu membutuhkan tambahan air bersih. 

    Sebelum kegiatan berlangsung, disarankan untuk menutup kran di meter air sampai kegiatan berakhir dan jika air sudah berfungsi normal, disarankan agar Bapak/Ibu melakukan "flushing" dengan cara membuka semua kran selama 5-10 menit terlebih dahulu sebelum air tersebut digunakan.
