    TMD Work Programs at Taman Himalaya

    As part of TMD’s Improvements Program, our Infrastructure Team will be undertaking the following works:

    1. Install a boom gate at the entrance gate of Taman Himalaya. The work will take three months to complete commencing from September to December 2019.
    2. There will be a road detour along the road of Gn. Semeru to be implemented on Monday, September 16, 2019.
    3. The repair of the fence surrounding Taman Himalaya, from Gn. Madu to Gn. Permata which commenced on September 9, 2019 is expected to be completed by mid-October 2019.

    Half-Mast Indonesian Flag Raising and National Mourning Day

    In accordance with the directive from the Ministry of the State Secretary of the Republic of Indonesia to pay the highest respect to one of the best sons of our nation, Bapak Bacharudin Jusuf Habibie (3rd President of the Republic of Indonesia) who passed away on 11 September 2019, this is to advise all residents of Lippo Village to raise the Indonesian flag at half-mast in front of your house.

    Please raise the National Flag for 3 days, during the National Mourning Day, starting from September 12-14, 2019.

    Cleaning of Water Distribution Pipes : 9-14 September 2019

    To improve our services, we will do a routine pipes cleaning for clean water from 9 to 14 September 2019, starting from 10 AM to 4 PM which can affect the quality of the water that we distribute.

    The schedule will be as follows :

    1) Monday, 09 September 2019 : Taman Hijau, Taman Elok, Danau Elok (LV Central)
    2) Tuesday, 10 September 2019 : Taman Himalaya (LV Central)
    3) Wednesday, 11 September 2019 : Permata Hijau Town House and Bukit Chedi (LV West)
    4) Thursday, 12 September 2019 : Taman Golf (LV Central)
    5) Friday, 13 September 2019 : Taman Ubud Loka (LV West)
    6) Saturday, 14 September 2019 : Piaza de Europe (LV North)

    During the activities, there are might any temporary disruptions, such as :
    1) Decreasing of water pressure,
    2) Changing of water quality.

    Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water.

    Before the activity takes place, we suggest you to close the tap in the water meter until it is finish and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.

    5. Friday, 6 September 2019 Taman Imam Bonjol 2 (LV North) and Taman Hokkaido (LV North)
    6. Saturday, 7 September 2019 Ruko Gajah Mada, Lippo Cyber Park (LV North)

    Pest Control Outdoor September 2019

    Keeping our Environment Pest Free, please be informed that TMD will be undertaking a monthly pest control program (fogging method) for external areas and private gardens to control mosquito and vermin populations.

    The program will be implemented starting on Monday, 02 September 2019 (please see below schedule).

    The program will proceed as follows:
    - TMD will assign officials to implement the spraying at no charge.
    - Keep your pets safely from spraying activities.
    - Keep Children and infants safely away during fogging and attend to them.

    Your active participation in this program will be much appreciated. In case of rain, the pest control schedule will be shifted to the next day. The Rodent Control program will be carried out on a routine basis.
