    Cleaning of Water Distribution Pipes: 02-07 June 2021

    To improve our services, we will do a routine maintenance of main water pipe which can temporarily affect the quality of the water that we distribute.

    Flushing Micro will be held from 02-07 June 2021, starting from 10 AM to 4 PM:
    • 2, 3, 4 June: Taman Parahyangan (LV West)
    • 3, 4, 7 June: Taman Permata Hijau Town House, Taman Bukit Chedi, Taman Kyoto (LV West)
    • 4, 7 June: Taman Okinawa, Taman Osaka, Taman Permata Parahyangan (LV West)

    During the activities, there are might be any temporary water interruptions, such as :
    1) Decreasing of water pressure,
    2) Changing of water quality.

    Please keep some of the water in your storage for any urgent needs. However, we will provide a standby water-tank, please call our duty officer for Emergency at 0800 1900 911 should you need additional clean water.

    Before the activity takes place, we suggest you close the tap in the water meter until it is finished and if the water supply back to normal, please flushing the water before you use it.

    Flushing Micro will be held from 24 to 28 May 2021, starting from 10 AM to 4 PM:
    • 24, 25, 27 May: Taman Golf (LV Central)
    • 27, 28 May: Taman Ubud Kencana & Taman Okinawa (LV West)
    • 28 May: Taman Kyoto & Taman Ubud Cempaka Timur (LV West)

    During the activities, there are might be any temporary water interruptions, such as :
    1) Decreasing of water pressure,
    2) Changing of water quality.

    Emergency: Repair of Main Water Distribution Pipes 15-16 May 2021

    Please be informed that we have encountered unforeseen circumstances in the main water supply distribution system. There will be repair work of pipeline valve for the main network, with the following schedule:

    Time: Saturday 15 May 2021 from 23.00 WIB to Sunday 16 May 2021, 02.00 WIB

    Areas of impact: The entire area of Lippo Village

    Currently there is low water pressure supply to your house
    until the repair work is completed. We apologize for this inconvenience.

    • 17, 18, 19 May: Taman Bromo (LV Central)
    • 19, 20 May: Taman Cendana Golf (LV Central)
    • 20, 21 May: Taman Spain (LV North)
    • 21 May: Taman Danau Biru (LV Central)

    TMD Operational Hours During Eid al-Fitr Holidays

    To our residents celebrating Eid Al-Fitr 1442 H, our best wishes for a joyful and blessed time with your families.

    Please be advised of TMD operational hours during the following period:

    1. The Eid Al-Fitr will be on 13-14 May 2021. This will also coincide with a mass leave on 17-21 May 2021 whereby TMD’s operations will be applied similarly as national holidays and Sunday, from 9 Am to 1 PM.

    2. TMD will resume to normal operational hours from 24 May 2021.

    TMD Call Center at (021) 55 777 557 is open as usual from 8 AM to 5.30 PM daily, should you have any queries. In case of emergency, please contact 08001900911 for immediate assistance from our duty officers who are on standby 24 hours.
