We continue our service improvement programs by upgrading and innovating ways for you to reach us faster and easier. That way, we can serve you better.

Observe these available services and how you can contact us:
  • Request/permit application: apply online through our integrated link msha.ke/lippovillage.
  • Information/input/advise: talk to our Call Center officers at (021) 55 777 55. They will be standby everyday, 8 AM to 17.30 PM.
  • Online information/input/advise: chat online through our Livechat via www.lippovillage.com, everyday from 8 AM to 17.30 PM.
  • Other request: send email to tmd@lippokarawaci.co.id, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 17.30 PM.
  • For online IPKL payment you can do via: https://www.lippokarawaci.co.id/OnlinePayment/. Also check and choose the easiest payment method through bit.ly/TMDLV-howtopay.

TMD Customer Service
We are open from Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 12 PM.

At this time, however, we encourage everyone to reduce face-to-face interactions and use our online services. We want you to feel safe.

However, if you need to meet us personally, please reserve your appointment with a TMD Officer through: bit.ly/TMDLV-Reservation.

Observe health protocols during your face to face meeting with our officer. Temperature checks, use of face mask at all times will be required before entry to our offices.
