As the Eid Al-Fitr celebration approaches, please be informed that TMD Customer Service, along with all home building and renovation projects, will be on break from the 6th to the 15th of April, 2024. Normal operations will resume on April 16.

If your project is still ongoing, please let your contractors and team know to organize the site and secure materials within the project's perimeter. Lock up tools and equipment by securing the gates or doors.

Many of you might be traveling, so we suggest:
1. Set up motion-sensor lights outside and consider installing CCTV.
2. Disconnect your stove's gas and turn off all electrical devices.
3. Always lock your doors and windows securely.
4. If you’ll be away for a while, don't forget to arrange care for pets.
