Do's and don't.

Beautifying your home and area around you is a good thing. Good for the environment, the air you breathe and for your health.

We encourage you to maintain your own gardens and let us, at TMD, do the rest.

You will find that there are vacant lots nearby and perhaps next to your home. We ask for your cooperation not to plant on any vacant lots, let alone put/store things, make it a place to keep pets, or build any structure. Avoid misunderstandings with the property owner, who for whatever reason, has not been able to use the land yet. TMD will contact the owners and advise them to regularly inspect and maintain the property for the benefit of all residents. When absentee owners are not able to visit, TMD’s Environment Team will take care of keeping the grass down and making sure that it remains in good condition at the owner’s cost.

Similarly, please do not disturb the verges and green areas in front of and around your house. The area is owned by the Developer which is reserved for public infrastructure and installations. Whenever it is necessary to repair any of the infrastructure and installation in these areas, TMD returns it to the original landscape design. TMD is not obligated to provide compensation for any plants removed from verges or green areas.

The TMD Landscape Team will regularly clean the vacant land and remove trees that may have been planted previously, such as papaya trees, banana trees, and so on. Please inform us if you find an area with a lot of weeds that must be removed to prevent pests and avoid negative impacts on your environment.

Let’s keep it clean and green! At the same time, be respectful of other’s property and keep the harmony among neighbours!
