What To Expect In 2021

Post Image Many of us surely wanted to get through 2020 fast, hoping for a better new year to start quickly! We may also be asking ourselves what’s in store for 2021? What is certain is that while the impact of the global pandemic has been wide-reaching, affecting and changing our lives, work, businesses, we are stronger in our resolve to work together to get through these challenging times. 
 
In recent days, it was announced that the re-imposition of a stricter PSBB will take effect on January 11-25, 2021. Covid-19 cases are rising again and we need to be more vigilant to stay healthy and safe. 
 
There are limitations in our movements but we adapt to keep TMD operations running and smoothly.

Thanks to your support with timely IPKL contribution, we are able to deliver TMD services to you, uninterrupted. Our mutual commitment to ensure that TMD services are carried our around the clock is so essential for a safe and healthy environment for you and your family. 
 
As you are aware, improvement plans in many sectors have been completed in 2020. More enhancement works are on progress and we will continue to update you as these works are completed.

Implementing these improvement plans in 2021 remains our focus despite rising costs because we know this is important to you and will protect the value of your property investment in Lippo Village.

A 2021 rate adjustment is necessary to cope with the increasing costs of goods and services that directly impact our service and maintenance contracts. However, due to the current pandemic that we are all still facing, we are postponing the planned IPKL adjustment to a later date. This is a temporary deferral and we will be sending you a notification in advance when the adjustment will take effect. 
 
We appreciate your continued trust in us as we take this challenging position but rest assured, we will strive to deliver TMD’s services to you at the highest level of standards you expect from us.

Here are some enhancement works in 2020 and there will be more upgrading works in 2021:

 
PJU maintenance (replaced 930 lamps), routine checks every night.
Replaced 365 lamps with LED, replace 66 glasses of decorative lights for brighter lighting.

Electrical panel maintenance: 400 units

Rejuvenate the shelter/ post guard: 16 units
