Park Your Vehicles In the Correct Place
The development and the increasing number of residents have also increased the number of vehicles in the Lippo Village area. Thank you to those who are already parked in the correct place. However, until today, TMD still find many vehicles either a motorcycle, a car or bicycle that are parked or placed outside the boundary of the owner’s property and premises.
It is important that you park your vehicles in areas where you do not cause any disturbance or inconvenience to your neighbours.
Please observe and follow these TMD guidelines:
1) Park your vehicles in the correct place, which is inside your own property or carport.
2) Do not park your vehicles at the verges/ utilities area which can damage the landscape and utility lines on the ground.
3) It is not allowed to park your vehicles on the sidewalk which will narrow the road and cause disturbance to other road users. Moreover, if there is fire incident, it would be difficult for the fire brigade team to access the narrow road and will cause the delay in resolving the incident.
4) Do not park in front of your neighbor’s house. It will be difficult for them to access their property and for sure, such action will be inconsiderate and cause disharmony and friction amongst neighbors.
5) Always adjust the number of your vehicles according to your own parking space.
Check and lock your vehicle. There are often bicycles left unlocked and some motorcycles and cars with keys left in the ignition. Always check your vehicle before you leave it.
The rainy season is here and TMD reminds everyone not to park under the tree. If any branches or trees fall due to rain or wind, it would be your full responsibility and TMD will not compensate for any losses incurred.
Let’s keep our neighborhood orderly and make it as comfortable and safe as possible to live in.
