Post Image Thank you for your trust in us in helping you and our community navigate the Covid-19 pandemic and adjust our daily activities to a new normal.

Whereas 2020 has changed the course of our lives quite dramatically, we believe that our joint efforts towards the health and safety of Lippo Village have made us a stronger community. Government’s Large-scale Social Restrictions (PSBB)’s ‘Stay at Home’ regulations did not reduce TMD’s service which were essential to maintain the quality of the city. Our team did not waver in their performance to provide the best service possible and worked hard to carry out TMD’s programs to make your living environment better, safer and healthier.

As soon as we entered the phase of a new normal, TMD immediately stepped up the implementation of various programs to upgrade infrastructure assets in Lippo Village under its Building Improvement Program. The works included the renovation and upgrading of guard posts area, landscape and parks enhancement as well as redesign to improve children's playgrounds, road repairs and potholes patching in many residential areas. For increased safety measures, TMD intensified and upgrading of the boundary fences. The flood mitigation program is also underway with the installation of the water sensors, automatic water pumps and gates, maintaining the lakes as well as drainage systems to ensure optimum performance.

Existing and ongoing municipal services continue and have greatly improved with additional communications channels to reach TMD easier and faster. Our Helpdesk Customer Service is always ready to help you during the office hours, weekends and public holidays. The Call Center and 24 Hours’ Emergency provide quick response for any emergency you may have. TMD now offers online services such as online land and building tax, online application for renovation/ building permit, LiveChat TMD through website: www.lippovillage.com, updated regular schedule for water flushing, pest control through website or Instagram – all for our residents’ ease of life and comfort.

Curbing inflation will remain a challenge as the price of goods and services including utilities continues to rise. The increments are causing significant increases in operational costs and TMD is trying its best to control costs. However, to support and keep the quality of services provided, we must adjust the Iuran Pengelolaan Keamanan dan Lingkungan ( IPKL). This adjustment will be effective in January 2021 and reflected in the January statement which you will receive on 15 January 2021. The IPKL tariff adjustment is needed to support the quality of Township services and to continue more Enhancement programs in various areas of Lippo Village. As you are aware, to keep property values high and to ensure a steady rise in capital increases of your investment asset, it is critical that the town’s infrastructure is well maintained, landscape and streetscape are well kept to good standards of appearance and a clean, green, healthy, safe and secure living environment are preserved. These are key features that help enhance the value of your property here in Lippo Village.

The IPKL is due on or before the last day of each month. To avoid a fee of 2% for late payments and prevent the termination of the services provided by TMD, such as water distribution services, your prompt payment of your monthly charges is appreciated. Let us continue to work together to maintain and preserve the quality of life in Lippo Village.
