The pandemic is testing the strength of our social fabric – this is a moment to embrace our shared humanity. We are truly in this together, and how we choose to show up for each other matters. Whether it’s checking in on an elderly neighbour or staying at home to protect our communities, we all have a role to play. And it matters a lot!

On Monday, April 6, 2020 Lippo Karawaci and TMD handed over couple of sets of handwashing equipment, not only for the soaps but also the water drum with the water taps and sinks.

TMD’s truck continue to spray disinfectant around the Lippo Village and neighbouring areas, as part of its efforts to combat the virus, preventing and slowing its spread in the community.

All activities on the first day of the Community Support program were held at Kecamatan Kelapa Dua, Kelurahan Kelapa Dua, Kelurahan Binong, Kelurahan Bencongan Indah, Kelurahan Bencongan. On the second day, the spraying of disinfectant and hand over of handwashing equipment were brought to Kecamatan Curug and Kelurahan Panunggangan Barat as well as 3 Mosques around the area.

Lippo Village residents also showed how much they cared for our TMD workers. On Monday, 13 April 2020, residents showing their gratitude and sympathy for the workers who continued to provide daily services during these difficult times such as the town’s security officers, landscape team as well as our street cleaners and other site workers. Many are staying around the Lippo Village area and they were very grateful to our residents and happy with the acts of kindness our residents showed to them.
