Why You Should Update your Contact Details

Post Image Sometimes we miss updating that most important piece of information to TMD. Some may ask why it is that necessary to update your email, mobile phone or even if you have just moved in to your home or changed address within Lippo Village.

There are important announcements and news that TMD needs to convey to all residents. We normally send fliers to your home to give information on events and how that may affect traffic routing or even more urgent when there are road repairs happening or water services interruption in your area due to scheduled water pipe cleaning or maintenance programs. There could be power outages that may occur suddenly without prior notice from PLN or water pressure problems due to PDAM work and other unforeseen circumstances that will affect you or disrupt some service delivery to your home. We have relied on passing on these important information by fliers directly to your home in your mailbox, via email or short text messages as well as backed up with additional fliers distributed by our security officers at the entrance gate of each cluster.

With our ‘Go Paperless’ green initiative this year, we will soon phase out printed fliers. TMD is going digital and as such, we are moving towards communicating with our residents via social media on Instagram, Facebook, email blast, what’s apps blast or website and very soon, via TMD mobile apps.

Update your contact information now to receive information easier and faster. Whenever you change your address or mobile numbers or use a different email address, informing TMD immediately of such change will make sure that you receive all of TMD’s important messages.

Here’s how to update and inform TMD on your contact details, similarly if you register for IPKL and water billing info:

• Contact the Call Center at 5577-7557
• Inform by email : TMD@lippokarawaci.co.id
• Come to the Customer Service TMD to fill in the application form.

However, to change the name on the IPKL billing, please come to the Customer Service by bringing the following documents :

1. Copy of certificate / Deed of Sales and Purchase
2. Copy of Identity Card (KTP)
