Your application to renovate must be submitted to TMD before your construction can take place. Please be guided with the following steps:

For Structural Renovation :
• Fill in the application form at TMD Customer Service (Owner name, most recent and valid Phone and mobile number and email address)
• Bring an original KTP (owner’s representative must bring a duly stamped power of attorney from the home owner)
• Bring a copy of property ownership (if a new owner)
• Drawing plans (floor plans, photo illustrations and design)
• Pay for security deposit (based on the size of the plot) and renovation sticker : IDR 60,000, -
• Submission process: 3 working days
• Structural renovation permit is valid for 3 months and can be extended at least 3 days before the permit expires. See TMD Customer Service if an extension is needed.

For Non-structural Renovation :
• Fill in the application form at TMD Customer Service (Owner name, most recent and valid Phone and mobile number, email address)
• Bring an original KTP (owner’s representative must bring a duly stampled power of attorney from the home owner)
• Bring a copy of ownership (if a new owner)
• Pay for renovation sticker : IDR 45,000
• Submission process: 1 working day (one day service)
• Non-structural renovation permit is valid for a month and can be extended at least 3 days before the permit expires. See TMD Customer Service if an extension is needed.
