Pay Your PBB
A gentle reminder. Following up on the PBB information posted in our March e-newsletter, you can now obtain a hard copy of your SPPT PBB, if you wish, you may collect it at TMD Customer Service.TMD Customer Service is ready to assist you for SPPT PBB matters on Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 8.30 AM to 5 PM.
Please note that only the Property Owner who can collect the SPPT PBB by bringing a copy of Identity Card (KTP) and copy of NPWP. If the owners are unable to collect the SPPT PBB, please make sure that the assigned person brings the following documents when collecting it :
1) Power of Attorney/ Letter of Authority
2) Copy of Owner’s valid Identity Card
3) Copy of Family Card (Kartu Keluarga), if the assigned person is a family member
