We devote this month’s edition to remind everyone about personal safety and steps to take to fortify your home and valuables especially when you are away for prolonged periods of time for holidays or business. Our Protective Services Team is always ready to serve you and encourages that you also actively participate in keeping our community safe. Our Building Control Team would also like to highlight in this edition the necessary requirements to be aware of before you start renovating your home whether it is a structural or non-structural renovation. This is for your own convenience so that you can build according to your plans and without interruption because your renovation application is lacking in completeness of documents nor has the proper renovation extension permit yet by TMD.
