Protect Our Species

Post Image So many species exist in this world and many more still need to be found. Unlike in ancient times that caused by nature, species extinction is currently caused by many human activities.

Climate change, illegal logging, habitat destruction, pollution, excessive use of pesticides, are just some of the activities that influence global destruction quickly.

Commemorating World Earth Day which is celebrated on April 22 each year, it is important to begin to realize and increase awareness of the surrounding environment conditions.

Start taking steps that you might find trivial, but have a positive impact on the earth.

Here are some ideas that can be your inspiration :
• Conserve water, do not spend too much water in the shower, turn off the water tap when brushing your teeth. Repair immediately if a water pipe or tap leak occurs.
• Reduce the use of plastic by replacing plastic bags with bags that can be used repeatedly, using stainless straws that can be washed and used repeatedly.
• Save energy by removing all unused electrical equipment.
• Bring your own drink, the process of disposable bottled water takes large amounts of natural gas and also increases the volume of waste.
• Planting trees, this simple activity can greatly help the earth. You can also start planting organic gardens. TMD Environment Department urges all residents to grow trees of any kind, in the yard and garden. Even if the land is limited, you can always start growing trees in pots as the best alternative. It gives shade and a source of oxygen as well as CO2 absorber. TMD also asks you not to cut down trees or remove them.

There are many more steps you can take. Act Now. Love Earth
