Update Your Contact Details Now

Post Image Town Management Lippo Village (TMD) appeals to all residents, both the existing residents and those who have just moved in Lippo Village to update or register their contact details, mobile numbers including WhatsApp number and email addresses.

It is important that TMD is able to contact you so that all important information can be quickly conveyed to you in the event of an emergency situation such as forced water supply disturbance, fallen trees that cause long congestion on the main road or an unforeseen situation or force majeure. 

IPKL and water billing are also sent via email and in addition, monthly statements can be accessed directly through the TMD website : www.lippovillage.com 

Here’s how you can update or change your correspondence address :
  • Visit the TMD Customer Service and fill in the application form
  • Inform TMD via Call Center at(021) 55 777 557
  • Send email to TMD@lippokarawaci.co.id
If you need to change the name in your IPKL billing, please come to TMD Customer Service and bring these documents :
  • Copy of Certificate/ AJB
  • Copy of Identity Card
If you are renting your property, please contact your owner to ensure that your contact details are authorized and registered with TMD.
