Post Image A fantastic way to enhance your home is through gardening. Keep focus on beautifying your own garden. It benefits not only the air around you, but also your well-being.

You may notice vacant lots in your neighborhood.
Kindly refrain from using them for planting, storing items, housing pets, or for construction purposes. These empty spaces belong to a property owner and TMD will advise the owner to maintain the vacant lot or manage it at their expense.

There are also verges and green areas near your home that belong to the Developer and serve as community spaces for infrastructure. If needed, TMD will restore these zones to their initial design without offering compensation for plants that will be removed.

Banana trees have been planted at green area belongs to developer.

TMD takes care of cleaning these lots and eliminating trees that were previously planted, including papaya and banana trees. If you discover an area with excessive weeds requiring removal, please inform us so we can avert pest issues and maintain a healthy environment.

Together, let's care for our green surroundings while respecting others' properties.

NOTES

Heads up! Be cautious when planting trees in your area:
  • Keep away from fruit trees that draw in wildlife like bats, insects, and weasels as they carry diseases and create mess. Examples include guava, durian, jamblang, jackfruits, and mangoes. If you have any of these, harvest the fruits before they overripe and install lights around the trees - bats dislike brightness!
  • Steer clear from trees with roots that might harm your property or your neighbors'.
  • Refrain from leafy shrubs that could serve as hideouts for unwanted animals or intruders.
  • Lastly, dodge trees that hold water, such as Bromelia and Banana plants. They store still water which can attract mosquitoes.
