- TMD reserves the right to oversee moving activities and conduct inspections.
- Homeowners leasing to foreign nationals must ensure that tenants provide proper legal documentation (KITAS/KITAP/Passport). Any immigration violations will be the owner's and tenant's responsibility.
- For safety measures, security personnel might halt moving activities without a valid permit. This is crucial for preventing unwanted incidents or imposter claims.
