To obtain an Event Permit, simply apply.

How can I apply?
Fill out the online form using this link: http://bit.ly/TMDLV-IjinAcara.

Are there any fees involved?
Fees depend on your specific event. We recommend you hire extra security to help manage traffic and parking during the event. The number of security officers needed will be determined by your guest count and event type.

What is the deadline for applications?
Submit your application at least 7 working days prior to the event date.

When will my event permit be approved?
You'll receive a notification via email within 3 working days after submitting your application, letting you know whether your request has been approved or denied.

Which events can be hosted on my property?
Events that won't disturb the comfort of other residents or involve large crowds are permitted, such as birthday parties and small family gatherings.

What happens if my event is approved?

TMD will:
  • Collaborate with cluster security to authorize access for guests and event equipment (e.g., tents, chairs, tables, catering). Please note that vendors, contractors, or caterers without permission from TMD won't be granted access.
  • Coordinate with Emergency officers, Customer Service representatives, and Call Center staff to ensure they're aware of incoming inquiries from neighbors regarding the scheduled event.

What residents need to be concerned:
  • All event activities must be held within your property area only.
  • Event must be held no earlier than 8 AM and no later than 10 PM.
  • Inform your neighbors about your event.
  • Traffic flow must not be disturbed. Hence, no road closures or tents on the street will be allowed.
  • Parking of guest’s vehicles must not hinder or disturb the access of other residents in the area.
  • If you need additional power supply, it is recommended to use a silent generator. The location of the generator placement should not disturb other residents by its smoke or smell.
  • The sound of the sound system (if any) must not disturb your neighbors.
  • Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the surrounding area during the event and after the event.
  • Suit your guest numbers according to your house area.
What happens if your event does not conform to the regulations?
You will be notified by email. Please do not hold any event that has not been approved by TMD in your property area.

With good coordination, it is expected that your event can be held smoothly without causing any disruption or inconvenience, both for the owner and other residents.
