Park Your Vehicles Appropriately

Post Image As Lippo Village continues to grow and attract more residents, the number of vehicles in the area has also risen.

We appreciate those who have been parking their vehicles properly. Nevertheless, TMD continues to discover numerous vehicles, including motorcycles, cars, and bicycles, parked outside the boundaries of the owner's property and premises.

To avoid causing disturbances or inconveniences for your neighbors, please adhere to these TMD guidelines:
  • Always park your vehicles within your own property or carport.
  • Refrain from parking on verges or utility areas, as it can damage landscaping and underground utility lines.
  • Do not park on sidewalks, as it narrows the road and disrupts other road users. Additionally, in case of a fire, restricted road access can hinder the fire brigade's response time.
  • Avoid parking in front of your neighbor's house – this impedes their access and can create tension among neighbors. This rule also applies to guests' vehicles.
  • Wash your vehicle only in your residence's designated parking area and not on public roads.
  • Ensure the number of your vehicles matches your available parking space.
Always check and secure your vehicle before leaving it unattended. Unlocked bicycles and vehicles with keys left in the ignition are often left unsecured.

Together, let's maintain an orderly neighborhood that is comfortable and safe for everyone.
