The upcoming holiday season is an excellent opportunity to take respite from daily stresses and spend cherished moments with loved ones. However, when away from your residence, it's crucial to adopt additional safety measures for yourself and your possessions.

Here's what we'd like to emphasize during the holiday period:

1. Safeguarding your own well-being by taking steps to protect your assets.

• Make sure all house keys work correctly for windows and doors, then keep them safely locked.
• Set up security lights with automatic sensors programmed to activate during evening and early morning hours.
• Install CCTV cameras both inside and outside your residence, connecting them to your mobile device for continuous property monitoring.
• Don't forget to switch off all electrical appliances and the water meter before departing.
• Store valuable items in a locked cabinet or safe, keeping them hidden from view.
• If you have pets, arrange special accommodations for them during your absence.
• Reduce the chances of attracting unwanted attention by avoiding the wearing of excessive jewelry when going out

2. Construction/renovation work will cease from April 17 to May 1, 2023 (off), resuming as usual on May 2, 2023. Kindly organize all materials and ensure leftover materials remain within the project area; do not abandon machinery or equipment and securely lock project spaces to prevent unforeseen incidents.

TMD Protective Security Officers are ready 24/7 on patrol and securing gates at the security guard post to control access in and out of residential clusters. During the Eid al-Fitr holidays they will be working closely with the Authoritiesto keep Lippo Village area secure and safe.
