Post Image To our beloved residents,

It’s this time of the year to feel nostalgic while we reflect on another challenging year that will soon pass. It’s also a time to be joyful and relish the many successes we have enjoyed throughout the year. And most of all, it’s a time to be grateful and thankful for all the blessings we have received, the friendships forged and good relationships we have maintained throughout the years with our residents.

We light up Lippo Village to start the holiday season and our hearts are lit up with a wonderful and warm feeling that you have continued to support us at TMD. Thank you for trusting us to keep your home, Lippo Village, truly an exceptional environment where TMD will always lead in taking greater care of you.

In this edition we give you a list of ideas how you can enjoy yourself with your family and friends during the holiday season while staying at home. Take a look and check out the events taking place in many of the venues in town. You will find some attractive events that might be interesting for you and your family to attend and join in.

There are some reminders that we need to highlight in this issue. If you are having a building project, please have a fence around the property not only for aesthetics but for your own safety. Simply follow the building/renovation regulations to ensure a smooth and stress free project.

The rainy season is still with us, so it’s a good time to make your yard greener by grassing. Read more on the kind of the grass to consider for easy planting. Please also check the trees around you, especially the ones that you have planted in your yard. Take responsibility. Do routine trimming for your trees, but don’t top all branches down. Read more in our special article on tree trimming.

Lastly but not least, enjoy the city lights, spread some holiday cheer and join in the exciting events in store for you to celebrate the year end !

On behalf of the TMD Management and Team, we wish you and your family the best of the holiday season. May you and your family continue to be blessed with good health and may the future bring more happiness to all!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
