Community Issues: Animal Care and Control

Post Image Having pets at home can be an alternative to release stress. However, be considerate and observe what kind of animal you can keep. Don’t let your pets disturb the safety and comfort of other residents, either by sounds, smell, causing damage to other properties.

Residents are not allowed to keep animals that are wild/aggressive/hard to tame including poultry, such as chickens, ducks, geese, goats, reptile and other livestock.

You have obligations to keep them inside your property and prevent them not to defecate in neighboring areas or in public places. Don’t let your pet roam around without supervision. TMD is not responsible for the safety of residents' pets that roam outside the yard, including the loss of the pet. Even TMD or appointed officers have the right to catch roaming animals, including pets that are intentionally released.

If your animal causes discomfort in the surrounding environment and disturbs other residents, which can be proven by complaints from the surrounding environment, then the owner is obliged to follow up and resolve the complaint.

Please remember, TMD, either acting solely for the community or together with the related authority, have the right to take action/confiscate pets that violate the residential rules and regulations in Lippo Village. All regulations listed refer to the provisions of the Criminal Code, the Civil Code, and other laws and regulations.

Treat your pets with special care, be considerate of your neighbours and maintain a harmonious community.
