Water and Sanitation Department as the water and sewerage authority in LIppo Village is dedicated to giving the highest quality service to its customers with the best quality standards as required by the Indonesian Health Authorities. It also guarantees as far as possible constant water supply; and supply it at adequate pressure

The department also handles the sewerage treatment and recycle it into recyclable water being used for washing the road, landscape watering, etc.

It is forbidden for any Lippo Village residents to:
  • to damage, remove, loosen or turn the water meter, or damage its seal;
  • to tap off municipal water before your water meter installation;
  • to use any type of tube-well for the supply of water without prior written consent from TMD;
  • to install water tanks and use water directly from other than the main supply, without prior written approval from TMD;
  • to dispose of solid, undissolved waste, such as babies' and other napkins through the sewage pipe system; and
  • to use antiseptic solution in the sewage system, whether it would be municipal or septic tank.
