Finance and Accounting is looks after on budget control and billing as well as Accounting, rentals and rates. This Department also deals with rates and water/ sewerage charges billing and follow up, analyses of tenders and the financial evaluation of new projects.
IPKL Rates’ Tariff in Lippo Village
IPKL payment is an obligation of our residents and businesses to pay for the provision of maintenance and protective services, not only within the clusters but also throughout the Lippo Village area.
TMD’s Assessed Ratable Value (ARV) for each property is based on the original price which is inflation-indexed, and then cross-checked against “willing seller-willing buyer” sales of similar properties where this is interpolated to give a value per-square meter of both building and land.
Obviously land values will vary according to location; so too to some extent, will be building values.
Extensions, will be added to the original building areas, as will basements, attics, balconies, garages and swimming pool etc which may have been excluded in the calculations needed.

Your Bills
The IPKL and water bills are sent every 15th. The bills due on or before the last day of each month. To avoid a fee of 2% for late payments and prevent the termination of the services provided by TMD, such as water distribution services, your prompt payment of your monthly charges is appreciated.
Starting in January 2018, the IPKL and the water collection system at Lippo Village use the full payment method, which is the bill charged to the customers will be issued in detail with a total amount consisting of:

How to Pay Your IPKL and Water Bills

Did you know that TMD is offering the latest easy and convenient way to pay your IPKL and Water Bills?
The latest method of payment for your IPKL and water bills was established as early as last June 2020.
This is known as the: QRContactless (QRIS) mode of payment. This special method of payment is applicable for residents whose billing is IDR 2 million.
How can you pay using QRContactless (QRIS) method?
QRContactless (QRIS)
• Open your billing email and choose ‘click here’
• Input the PS Code/ Client Code
• Select your payment method, choose payment via QRContactless
• Scan the QR Code using the application that you choose: Nobu OVO, Dana, LinkAja, Shopee, Gopay, BCA, Maybank, Permata Mobile
• Make sure of the amount you want to pay, click PAY to continue your payment.
However, anyone can always choose another method of payment that are offered by TMD.
Here’s another method of payment that you can use to pay your IPKL and water bills. Simply choose which one is the most convenient for you:

• Choose destination “Lippo Village”
• Input the 8 digit of “Client Code”
• Screen will show “Name and the total amount of billing”

• If data is already confirmed, click continue and input the number from “Key BCA Appli 1” and click send
• When payment succeeds, the confirmation page will come up with message : Transfer to BCA Virtual Account process done and please keep your transaction slip as a proof

• Go to BCA Mobile Banking, choose M-Transfer menu, choose Transfer
• Input No. Virtual Account (10231 + 8 Digit Client Code)
• Check the Name, Product & Amount to pay
• If data already set, click OK and input your M-BCA PIN and click OK
• When transaction succeeded, keep the slip as a proof

• Attached your copy ID
