Post Image COVID-19 cases are surging again. Recently the Government decided to extend the Enforcement of Limitations on Community Activities (ELCA) Micro.

In line with the government health protocols, TMD’s operational schedule as of 28 June to 11 July 2021 will be as follows:

TMD Customer Service:
• Monday - Saturday: 8 AM to 12 PM
• Sundays and Public Holidays: services via TMD Call Center (021) 55 777 557 or TMD LiveChat at www.lippovillage.com.

2. For your convenience and to reduce frequent face to face interaction with others, we urge residents to
use the available TMD online service facilities. Please access online via: https://msha.ke/lippovillage/ for renovation services, environmental services and other residential services.

3. Residents are also encouraged to
use virtual services in paying the IPKL by entering "Client Code/Customer ID" through a virtual account or other online payments (OVO & Tokopedia). Click on link: https://rb.gy/xalif1 and follow instructions.
