As part of our ‘Go Paperless’ program under TMD’s Lippo Village Green Initiatives, a new policy is now in place.
In the event of a failed transaction of auto debit/ recurring of your IPKL and Water Bill, you will no longer be getting any reminder or written notification from TMD. This will come into effect as of the billing date in May 2021.
Please ensure the following for your auto debit TMD transactions:
1. Check the notification and/ or your credit card transaction on every 15th of each month. If the 15th is a public holiday, the transaction date is on the next working day.
2. If there is no IPKL or Water Billing payment transaction reflected on your bank or credit card statements, please immediately settle your monthly bill using alternative payment methods provided by TMD:
