Greetings from TMD Lippo Village!
It is that time of the year when we start reflecting on the months gone by and look forward to the year end.
It is also that time to begin taking stock of important matters that we still need to do, to complete and to accomplish at home or at work or at school.
We start our November issue by introducing a new exciting product by PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk, ‘Soho Flex/ Space’. SOHO brings your home closer to your work with double the facilities for you and your staff. It is the right choice for those looking for a unique and modern workspace combined with luxury and comforts of your boutique style residence.
Our health corner talks on how to boost your immune system to help you not only to continue navigating safely through the pandemic safely but to make sure that you are happier even during this rainy season.
Get your house ready and safe from roof leaks, puddles and water clogs that can cause some flooding in your property. Take care of your health and mind those pests especially flying white ants and take preventive action before they damage your house. Make sure that you apply to TMD Building Control for any home improvements and be considerate of your neighbors by keeping surroundings clean when doing renovation or building work. Put up that fence which is important to keep the building site protected.
Enjoy the many features on how our students are getting more creative online with virtual programs from Sekolah Pelita Harapan and Sekolah Dian Harapan.
We are also very proud of one of UPH’s Communication Design student, Helena Calista who won the competition held by Garuda Indonesia ‘Fly Your Design with Garuda Airlines’. Helena’s mask design with a parang batik emblazoned on the mask won the competition! Read more about her design in our feature ‘The Winning Design’.
In closing, we would like to extend our appreciation to all of you, for your support and cooperation in our work to make your living environment at Lippo Village most pleasant, comfortable and importantly, safer and healthier.
Through your timely payment of the Iuran Pengelolaan Keamanan dan Lingkungan (IPKL), TMD is able to provide you with a wide range of city services covering environmental services, security, infrastructure maintenance, and municipal services that take to heart its motto ‘Taking Greater Care of You’. Throughout the PSBB, TMD continues to better its services with a full operational team and maintain optimum work performance. A number of TMD enhancement programs have already started and with your support, we look forward to continue the implementation of more improvement programs in 2021.
