Are you ready for the rain? It is time to check your home and take steps to prevent leaks, water puddles and flooding around your property. Check out our feature on home inspection and how to make sure that your home and property are in good condition. We hope you find the tips from our Building Control team on how to get rid of moisture from your walls helpful. Flies away! Our Pest Control team gives tips on preventing them to enter your home. Act now and keep a healthy home!

Take trees seriously and make sure that you have taken precautions so old branches of the trees in your own property do not fall on your house or cause injury and damage. TMD is doing its part too with the Tree Pruning Program now underway. More on this in our article from our Environment Team. Perhaps it is time to renew your garden. UPH continues on the path for service innovation and announces the new Immigration Corner at UPH to facilitate immigration services to the YPPH academic community. Congratulations!

As we approach the end of 2020, new services being planned by TMD. New initiatives include road and traffic improvements starting with the new boulevard at Lippo Cyber Park for easier and faster access to areas in Lippo Village North. More parking spaces have been provided for the public near the gas station and within easy walk to Lippo Cyber Park commercial units.
