Rubbish – if it’s not properly managed, for sure will lead to environmental destruction, pollution, as well as breeding places of disease.

Thank you to our residents who have helped in maintaining the cleanliness by placing all their household trash into the sealed garbage bin for collection and for putting garden waste (in small amount) at the landscape communal bin.

Please know your responsibilities for the proper disposal of your garbage:

1) Building garbage: used materials and debris after construction projects, either building renovation or new home.
2) Landscape garbage: large amounts of waste after trimming plants.
3) Household items or appliances garbage: used refrigerators, used furniture, appliances.

Make sure to clean up, tidy the garbage and dispose of it outside the Lippo Village area using your own vehicle or appoint an outside contractor, at your own cost. Do not burn your trash in and around your location or other Lippo Village areas.

Another important point to remember. Be considerate of your neighbours. Even if their property is vacant, do not use their garbage bin for your rubbish. Do not put your garden waste in their yard. Leaving rubbish in a vacant lot can poison the soil. And, the trash collector might miss it because the house is empty or the lot is still vacant. When the rubbish is not removed for a long period, it will cause foul smell in the neighbourhood, attract pests and can bring disease. Do not let this happen.

Be kind to your neighbours. Know how to dispose of your own garbage, keep it within your own property until your trash is collected on schedule by TMD waste collectors.
