Your eBilling. What You Need To Know.
Moving on to paperless eBilling, TMD with the support of residents can now pride themselves for doing good for the environment. By reducing paper usage, we can have a direct impact on reducing our carbon footprint. That is no doubt a move that we can no longer afford to postpone for the benefit of our generation and the next, for our children and future generations.TMD is going forward to eliminate printed reminders sent to your home of outstanding billings and notifications to disconnect water services due to non-payment. Reminders will be sent by email only.
Please note that this new measure will be implemented soon and will start August 15, 2020.
You can also get your invoices and eBilling statement for IPKL and water charges through several ways and here’s how to register:
1. Email
Please register your email address indicating your unit and unit number and send it to TMD@lippokarawaci.co.id.
2. SMS/ WhatApps
Register your mobile number via our Call Center at (021) 55 777 557 and provide your unit and unit number information.
3. Download from our website
Use the link : https://www.lippokarawaci.co.id/OnlinePayment , write your Customer ID, click login, then choose Invoice on the top left corner, choose the month of the invoice you wish to download. This will require your password which is your Customer ID.

How to pay by QRIS?
1) Open your eBilling using the 8 digit Customer ID and select the QRIS payment method
2) Scan the listed QR Code using one of the applications of your choice.
3) Ensure that the payment is made to the Lippo Karawaci Regional Mandiri Tatawaci (your nominal bill is automatically listed on the payment page).
