In light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak globally, it has raised health and safety concerns that we need to address in our community. TMD assures you that your safety is of utmost importance to us.
We are implementing a number of measures as precautions in response to the situation and to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus in our community.
Our TMD Office is implementing a compulsory temperature check of all visitors and permit of entry for visitors with body temperature less than 37.5C. Hand sanitizers are also available and must be applied upon entry.
Commonly, the trend of virus transmission begins exponentially and will eventually stabilize and decline.
TMD encourages social distancing measures to reduce public worry, therefore we also have postponed the activity of Lippo Village Car Free Day every Saturday in March 2020 until further notice. Most schools and universities have asked their students to learn from home and hold online study. Please advise your children about the Covid-19 and its impact on the community if the spread continues. Encourage them to be vigilant to protect themselves from being infected by the coronavirus and to take preventive measures seriously. Follow the health standards as below and stay at home and avoid crowded places. It is wise to cancel that spring break holiday you were planning.
If you do feel unwell, please visit Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village to receive medical treatment. You can still contact us through Call Center at (021) 55 777 557 or email at TMD@lippokarawaci.co.id. We will be happy to respond to your queries online. We apologize if we cannot serve you personally at this time while we reduce personal visits and interaction with our customers, for everyone’s safety and well-being.
We will keep you updated on developments and we hope you and your families stay well and healthy!
