Post Image Greetings!

Amid the dire news we received this month on the outbreak of Covid-19 in Indonesia, the numbers of cases keep rising. Some schools, universities and even offices have closed down to prevent the rapid transmission of the virus. Be wise and stay away from crowded places. Social distancing is the new normal and follow the WHO/Siloam Hospital health advisories on hygiene practices. We are also inundated with information and news on social media. Get your updates from trusted sources only.

This month’s issue also advises residents to stay alert and keep away from Dengue Mosquitoes, to keep healthy and safe. The dengue virus still poses a danger and has impacted Indonesia. Keep your house and neighbourhood area clean and consider plants that may give your home protection from mosquitoes.

Read up on some safety tips on how to handle electrical fires and prevent short circuits from happening in your home, how to care for your pet and keep friendly relations with your neighbours, and ideas on alternative ways to have that carport or terrace you want and at the same time, helping keep down surface and air temperatures in our town.

Due to the Covid-19 concerns, we seek your cooperation to stay home if you feel unwell. TMD Customer Service can be reached on line by contacting our Call Center at (021) 55 777 557 or in the event of an emergency, call 0800-1900-911. We apologize if we cannot interact with you personally at this time but our offices remain open at TMD Cyber Park office subject to temperature checking of all visitors at the entry point. Please bear with us as we keep our community safe and in good health. We will continue to serve you online and keep you informed on TMD activities as it arises.

Thank you for supporting our health advisories and stay safe!

Happy reading.
