What is causing this alarming situation?
95% of single accidents is caused by careless driving and not due to bad weather or a mechanical problem with the vehicle. Frequent cases are caused by the driver being distracted, driving too fast on curves, speeding, busy with a gadget or even falling asleep at the wheel.
Did you know that apart from speeding, distracted driving is fast becoming the No. 1 cause of car fatalities?
While driving, please remember that roads are shared with other drivers and pedestrians. You are responsible not only for your life but also the safety and life of others sharing the road with you.
