Early this year, we started TMD’s quick notification service with all TMD information sent out to our residents by email and Whatsapp. Information is also available through our online website www.lippovillage.com as well as our Instagram @lippovillage.
In case you have been getting intermittent information only and not receiving updates regularly, it is time to check whether your contact details are updated and current.
Simply register, update or even change your correspondence address by the following :
• Visit the TMD Customer Service and fill in the application form
• Inform TMD via Call Center at (021) 55 777 557
• Send email to TMD@lippokarawaci.co.id
If you are renting, it is also important that your contact details are registered with TMD and authorized by your landlord. All resident’s data are kept in strict confidence.
If the time comes when you move to another residence or location outside of Lippo Village, please inform TMD so we can note in our database that you are no longer a resident of Lippo Village.
Our Whatsapp service is automatically generated by our system to provide important message to all residents and has a no reply feature. However, please save the number in your handphone : 0811 809 118 so you can identify that the message is coming from TMD. If you need to talk with our officer or ask further information, please contact the TMD Call Center at (021) 55 777 557 or call our Emergency at 0800 1800 911 in case of emergency.
