November is busy! It brings many thoughts of what else we can accomplish before the year end. Indeed another fruitful year is fast approaching and we still have a lot of surprises for residents to enjoy these last days of 2019.
We have just been treated to the most spectacular event of the year. With the Jember Fashion Carnaval (JFC) held last November 23, residents and visitors were awed with the costumes, colour and culture of the JFC dancers and models. The carnival truly brought a new vibrancy to our town! Thank you to our sponsors and residents who joined the opening of our Lippo Village Festival marked with dance, music and art.
This is just the start! The festival will continue throughout the month of December with performing arts where there will be artists collaborating with song and dance performances in the CBD area and culminating with our annual concert ‘Symphony of the Year’ on UPH Grand Chapel by The Resonanz Orchestra with famous conductor, Avip Priatna.
To bring festive joy and cheer to all, the town is now being decorated and with a gorgeous and giant Christmas tree which just about to be finished and lit up on December 1. Bring your children and family to enjoy the lights and the festive Christmas decorations our team is setting up all around the CBD area. The best spot for your FB and IG photos will be at the roundabout of Menara Matahari with the backdrop of the giant Christmas tree!
For more activity information, do check our Events Schedule, mark your calendar for more fun in town!
This month, we have special features on TMD’s improvement work as it continues with its greening program and gives you more tips for a more pleasant and comfortable living in Lippo Village.
