Our Emergency Duty Officers are ready to give you immediate assistance anytime 24/7. No public holidays or weekends off, our officers are always on standby to help our residents.
What is your Emergency?
Does a situation pose an immediate risk to life and property, health and environment?
Call 9-1-1 for immediate assistance and intervention to prevent the situation to becoming worse. Situations include fire, natural disasters such as flooding, earthquake, storms or an emergency medical service, rescue or evacuation, maintenance of public order and situations needing police and law enforcement.

You may also be facing other emergency situation that involves a utility interruption in your home due to an unannounced power outage or possible fire hazards such as a short electrical circuit or gas leakage. Or perhaps you suspect an intruder in your neighbourhood. Call our Emergency immediately and our duty officer will coordinate deploy the related department whether it is our Fire Department or Protective Services Department.
CCTV Surveillance also helps our Emergency Officers to monitor Lippo Village CBD and other areas. But we need YOU to help keep our town safe and secure.
