Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) has entered the 25th Anniversary and once again welcomes new students for year 2019/2020 in its biggest annual event, UPH Festival 2019. Celebrations were held over four days on August 14 -17, 2019. It also introduces the UPH Campus Life to new students, a tradition held by UPH since its first Festival in 2006.

With the theme “Grace Upon Grace”, UPH starts with a program “Discover, Engage, Experience and Celebrate”.

During the first day of the celebration on August 14th, events led to Discover the new beginning of campus life for new students through seminars conducted by Distinguished Guest Speakers.

On the second day, August 15th, 2019, new students go the next phase to Engage and learn about their faculty and program. A sharing and learning program was conducted with senior students.

The next day, August 16th, 2019, it was time to Experience with the Alumni Homecoming and Founder’s 5 K Fun Run in Lippo Village.

Finally on the last day, Saturday, August 17th, events were held to Celebrate with basketball games, art performances and the Human Configurations performance which involved 220 dancers and around 2,600 new students. To mark UPH’s 25th Anniversay, the evening Fireworks Display added a fitting ending to the 4-day celebration and marked a new beginning of another chapter of UPH in its pursuit for academic excellence and beyond.
