To all our residents, we would like to highlight some good housekeeping practices during the rainy season which is now upon us. Rain is good for our gardens and brings a fresh change to our atmosphere. However, it can also bring challenges if we do not keep our surroundings clean. Good housekeeping during the rainy season is essential to keep down the incidence of dengue fever. Whilst it is impossible to guarantee 100% a zero-mosquito environment, TMD will continue the pest control program to get rid of the flying pests. But each household must do its part and help to prevent the larvae breed in their premises and ensure there is no possibility of larvae anywhere inside and outside your home.

We would also like to remind you of the adjustment in the IPKL tariff starting from January 2019. The adjustment is already reflected in your February 2019 statement. Please pay your bills on time before the 20th of every month to avoid a late payment fee of 2%.
