On behalf of everyone in Town Management, we would like to thank you for your support and cooperation in our work to make your living environment most pleasant and comfortable. It is through your timely payment of the Iuran Pengelolaan Keamanan dan Lingkungan (IPKL) that TMD is able to provide you with a wide range of city services covering environmental services, security, infrastructure maintenance, and a one-stop customer service that takes greater care of you and your families. Thank you for your inputs and suggestions which has greatly helped in our work to deliver services to you as best as we can and we are remain committed to seek ways to continually be better year after year. To support and maintain the quality of services provided to you, including improving infrastructure and security services in the city, as well as keep up with the increase in the City Regency Minimum Wage (UMR) and rising inflation, we find that it is now necessary to make adjustments to the IPKL tariff starting January 2019 and this adjustment will be reflected in your February 2019 statement.
